API G health and beauty tips

Stay fresh and smooth.

I started to practice my magic way of healthy way of healing myself. In alignment with my age, I want to be like good looking women and have good body symmetry. I want to help my customers enjoy and be more satisfied with their beauty.I wish to create a better environment, and bring the community together. Being an intergalactic complete wow-fest “boy”!

#1 Ensure that whatever and whoever is close to you always cares about you.

I’m a gynecologist, so I am also a doctor first of all. And I always say if we close eye contact with our patients, we’re not going to achieve anything. If something is wrong, I want to be the first person to reach you, so that if you need to get everything in your system right, you are physically and emotionally ready.


#2 I always tell my patients to spend time at the local botanical gardens.

I know, sometimes it’s a bit of a far-fetched idea, but visit a garden close to you to feel good inside. Even if you just want to go for an hour or two, you are less likely to pick up cold feet or stay at home for far too long. Go for a walk in the woods or decide to go for a solo hike. But don’t forget to bring a good bag!

#3 Oh, but then I must also admit, I’m not a huge cyclist. But even if you have like 14 cars and the occasional bus pass in front of you, you have at least 2 hours to yourself sometimes. Even if you're on a daily commute to the office, or you have an afternoon break, you will only have 2 hours on your hands every day.

#4 Say goodbye to smoking.

I'm not only a doctor. I'm also a champion of wellness. And my philosophies, preferences and ways of handling life are very different to my patients.But something still must be done. If we don't smoke, I’m sure we won’t have complications, like I had, 7 years ago. So, even if you aren’t an ambitious smoker, I would love to see you go for the stairs instead of taking the stairs upstairs. I only ever get a bad review once or twice a month. With my on-call health and beauty regimen, I treat myself to a healthy body in hopes that I'll have one I can share with my kids.

#5 But to be sure your skin and hair is 8clean and smooth, learn all you can about nutrition and skincare.


I never did as well with my hair and skin when I was younger. And now that I’m getting older, I want to be able to help my clients embrace their best selves. Over the years, I feel that I'm being more and more patient and patient at seeing the growth and nourishment of my clients. The key, I think, is to help them implement their own changing nature around them so that they can feel like a fresh-faced, luscious girl or girl.

#6 Do you take medication and vitamins for your skin?

You can't do it 100% of the time, but I do have my clients take a supplement like "INRINKO RENZOLAHE5MEAGOLO" that helps to decrease the negative effects of overpopulation.

#7 With exercise, everyday should be a state of relaxation.

I don't necessarily wish to bring myself as far as a vegan lifestyle or surgery, but practicing your yoga or at least, walks (or more importantly bike rides) every morning is good for your health.

#8 Who is always healthier?

Yes, you know it, we're mortal beings. For all things that's true, so be kind and consider your customers' health interests. Always take care.

#9 But also, be mindful of others' needs.

I'm not a doctor, which means I can't help or be there for my patients. I must however check in on my clients because they are my customers. Never push my staff or customers off with my fast, but please exercise your right to privacy.

#10 You have to enjoy your life, you can't help it!

As far as I’m concerned, and I hope you have this commandment to guide you along. Enjoy yourself!

#11 Make sure you always have a fear of flying.

Well, there you have it. I believe not everything should be dollar bills in a bag or taking a cab.I will always believe in you, our clients, and I’m here to share my wisdom with you. Because my impression of you is telling you something. Because I’m saying it, it’s true.
